THE GHOSTWRITER

Twenty Years in the Shadows

For two decades, Griffin Slate wrote the memoirs of Britain’s most notorious figures behind closed doors. In 2024, he stepped out of the shadows to publish the unfiltered truth under his own name.

THE TRANSITION

From Ghost to Author

Between 2004 and 2024, Slate operated as a silent partner for major UK publishing houses. He sat in smoke-filled rooms, transcribing the histories of gangland figures, street-level operators, and high-profile informants who refused to speak with the authorities.

This work built an unmatched network of real-world contacts. Now independent, he uses those exact sources to write raw, unredacted non-fiction that bypasses corporate publishing filters entirely, delivering the street-level truth.
